At Online | Ontime we like to keep things simple for our clients and have put together different packages to fit all our clients’ needs.
You get access to our services with any of the packages below.
There are no monthly contracts to tie you in, you simply decide how much time you need back in a month and select the package that suits you best.

This option is for those needing expert support on a one-off basis.

$315 per Month
This plan is ideal for clients who require assistance with a small, yet regular job.

This plan is ideal for clients who require assistance with a few small, yet regular jobs.

An excellent plan for clients looking for regular daily support and larger monthly projects.

$850 (Domain & Hosting not included)
Basic Squarespace website of up to 4 pages, which would typically include: Home, About, Services, Testimonials, Gallery, Contact.
Rates do not include disbursements e.g. printing, photocopying, postage and packaging, courier fees and site visits.
Minimum charge for ad-hoc services is 1 hour.
Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.
All prices exclude GST.

I work on a pay-as-you-go basis so clients only pay for the time they need. I also offer monthly packages from 5 hours up to 20 hours depending on how much ongoing support is needed.

Absolutely - the casual option is perfect for one-off tasks or short-term support. You can use as little or as much time as you like with no lock-in.

If you need regular support, the monthly packages offer better value — for example, 10 hours or 20 hours per month. These give reliable, ongoing time each month without long-term contracts.

I typically quote in NZD and if GST applies we’d include that in the formal proposal or invoice. The website pricing doesn’t lock clients into anything; we can clarify all cost details before starting.

My rates reflect not just task completion but experience, accuracy, and reliability. You’re getting someone who can independently organise workflows, improve reporting and take tasks off your plate quickly. It’s about saving you time and reducing stress, not just ticking boxes

There’s no long-term contract required — you simply choose the hours you need each month. You can pause or adjust as your business needs change.

Any additional hours are charged at the agreed retainer hourly rate.

Hours do not roll over to the next month. In our initial handover session with you we agree on non-urgent projects that can be undertaken when monthly hours are available to be used.
